Care That Comes From the Heart

At Sahha Home Health Care LLC, providing care is a calling rather than merely a service. Our creator, a highly skilled Oncology Specialist Nurse with more than 18 years of expertise caring for patients in hospitals, hospices, and homes, is where our tale starts. She discovered one thing after each diagnosis, recovery, and farewell: the most effective treatment comes from individuals who genuinely care, not from facilities or machinery.

Founded in 2022 in Colorado, Sahha was created to bring that level of hospital-grade attentiveness into the homes of seniors and individuals with disabilities. With compassion and practical expertise, we addressed the growing need for reliable, professional, and culturally aware home care in our communities.

What makes us different isn’t just our experience, it’s how we use it. Every caregiver at Sahha is chosen and trained with consideration for cultural sensitivity, safety, and compassion. We respect each client’s unique needs, history, and customs. We treat everyone like family, whether that means offering friendship, personal care, or help for Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Since launching services in 2024 and onboarding Medicaid clients, we’ve already built strong relationships with families, case managers, and communities. And we’re not going to stop there. In order to improve the quality of home care throughout the state, we intend to grow into other counties in Colorado, start specialist memory care programs, and develop caregiver education activities.
